Defenx PLC New channel partner agreements

Published On 12th July 16

Defenx PLC (LON:DFX), the mobile security software solutions company, have today provided a further update on its channel partner expansion programme.
Two specialist providers of digital solutions have chosen to offer Defenx Cloud Backup to their customers:

Dylog Italia SpA and its subsidiary, Gruppo Buffetti SpA, which are Italian leaders in the distribution of digital products, services and solutions for the professional market, SMEs, and recently, an increasing number of homeworkers through a franchise network of more than 650 points of sale throughout Italy.

Mandarin SpA, a provider of telecommunications services in Sicily, Italy, which has been traditionally underserved by incumbent players, aiming to bridge the digital divide with the best technology and infrastructure.

Agreements with these new channel partners – who have combined revenues of over €120 million – follow the distribution contract announced on 19 April 2016 with Brigantia Partners Limited, the largest subscription partner services club in the UK.

The Defenx Cloud Backup features – online backup, synchronisation, sharing of files across multiple mobile and desktop devices and support for 16 different languages – along with channel-friendly pricing are particularly suited to the SME markets in which these partners operate.
Andrea Stecconi, CEO of Defenx plc, commented: “Two weeks ago we announced new channel partners for Defenx Security solutions. Today we are delighted to share progress with Defenx Cloud Backup, our new solution arising out of the strategic partnership with Memopal announced in late January 2016. By bringing together Defenx Security and Cloud Backup solutions, we look forward to announcing further progress in the weeks and months to come. These agreements are further evidence of our superior product offering and ability to deliver on strategy.”
